So I just wanted to make something easy for you to listen Something where you can just And breathe at your home, mate. I made this because I want you to have something you can listen to while you lay in And will you let your mind wander as it needs to wander? And my voice can be so seething, and I don't want you to think about anything at all right now. My voice makes me feel comfortable, and you can just Close your eyes and open your ears and enjoy the sound of my voice. And the sound of my voice can make you Feeling nice and happy.
Getting lost in what I have to tell you even though you know it's not much Do anything at all, but you don't need to think much at all. You can just lay back and listen to the pleasant sound of my whispery voice. Just knowing that nothing right now really matters besides breathing on your own pace. Relaxing. And I'm gonna do some breathing exercises of my own right now.

Such a good job of relaxing. And I noticed that after a couple of Breathe so I can feel my body starting to get heavier. I can feel it start to relax. I can feel Attention start to leave me, and that is a feeling that I associate with a deep, deep relaxation. Jim.
I enjoy that feeling. I like feeling heavy. I like feeling like my Buddy is being weighed down by these heavy sandbags. And if you've noticed, I do like to instruct In my opinion, I like to make you feel like you're being weighed down to the spot that you're in because I feel Like, it did just have so much, and we all know what it feels like to feel so incredibly happy. And can feel so good to feel so incredibly heavy, and you might notice that your body and your mind are a lot more powerful than you originally thought they might be.
We thought they might be. If I just suggest to you that you might feel heavier and heavier with every single Breathed at your own pace. You might start to notice that you do actually feel happier and happier with every single breath. Like, your body is being weighed down to the spot that you're in, and that is a feeling that I find myself Truly, truly enjoying. I really, really like that feeling.
I also enjoy feeling happier and happier in that A sort of perpetual falling feeling that I get, like, a physical Bowling as my body gets heavier and heavier in that spot that I find myself in, I can actually start I noticed that I feel like I'm falling in place. Almost like I'm sinking Getting into a pleasant state of mind. And that is another feeling that I find particularly relaxing and enjoyable. It's one that I like to recreate as often as I can. It's not always classified I'd have a hypnosis for me.
Sometimes when I relax, I just consider it a guided meditation. Something that I Don't ground more in reality, and, I can sort of separate it from my kink that I find myself So interested in typically, when I find myself doing these guided meditations, I'll Enjoy something like a grounding technique. That's something that's helped me cope with, my Anxiety problems a lot in recent years. Or if I find myself in a place where I've Become discouraged because my day wasn't as productive as I think it should have been. That can leave me feeling overwhelmed for All the ground I'll have to make up for, but it's important to remember that there is always I it's okay to slow down.
It's okay to make up for it. It's okay to just take a moment and Just enjoy yourself. It really really is okay. Worrying about yourself is important. And It is very easy to get caught up in the worry.
But if you just set aside a couple moments to do something Beneficial for your well-being. You might find yourself feeling a lot better. Recently, I've found that I have a lot more free time than I used to, and, It's been quite the adjustment. I can get so caught up in all these little things that I wanna do, whether it's work or personal No entertainment. But regardless of what I've done productive or what I've done for pleasure, It's still what I have done, and I need to own it.
And it's okay to take time to enjoy Yourself, you shouldn't feel regret for having fun. Right? You shouldn't feel regret for doing something good for yourself. I typically find that if I spent a day having fun and enjoying myself, then the next day, I will Oh, be more willing to work hard. Right?
But you probably know that by now. You don't have to feel shame for trying to recharge your batteries, so to speak. It's alright to enjoy yourself as long as you remember that if you get overwhelmed, It's okay to take a couple of moments for yourself. And, Puppy. I find myself doing these little guided meditations Fairly frequently.
Right? If I wanna put myself back In a good head space, if I wanna ground myself in reality again, I will ground Myself, by refamiliarizing myself with my surrounding. So I like to take note of what I see, of what I feel, of what I hear, and of what I smell. And it can become overwhelming at Hurry just had to try and do all these things, but it's not like you're trying to remember all of them. Right?
You might find yourself thinking that it would be easy to take these 5 things from It should be sensitive. But if you're feeling overwhelmed, it can be quite Ablicated. But it's all just to try and keep you more present in the moment that you're in. And it's a skill that I learned a lot later than I think I should have, but it's one that truly, truly helps It's me. It really does.
So if you just Want to for a moment? I'm going to do it too. Just take note of 5 things that you see first. Unless your eyes are closed, and then you could omit it and just do some breathing exercises. But Five things that I see right now.
I see my microphone. I see the padding on my wall. I see my hands. I see my little audio mixer, and I see my Rod. So that's 5 things that I see.
And next, we'll do 5 things that you hear. And This one's a little difficult because all I can hear is the sound of my own voice. But if I focus on the inflection, I can hear my mouth moving. I can hear my breaths. I can hear when I shuffle around in my seat.
I can hear my hands moving across the carpet. I can hear my fingers hitting. I don't know what that was, but I hope didn't pick up. And that's good. It's alright to be present, and not thing you take note of has to be positive.
Right? You can take note of things that you see. Not everything has to be positive. Right? You can take note of Things that you are experiencing, not just things that are good.
Okay? That's what grounding is all about. Smell is the one that I like to do if I'm outside because I like to smell All the dirt or the open air or maybe there's like a wetness outside. Maybe it It's Out my actual surrounding area as opposed to all these things that I had in my head, feel What is such a nice one? I can feel the carpet beneath me.
I can feel the Beneath me, I can feel the warmth of my own skin. I can feel this little dryer sheet that I used to make good scratching noises. Right. I can feel the, the tripod that I hold my microphones I can feel my clothes against my skin. Right?
Thinking about what is immediately on me is also So something I like to do. So these are all things that sort of get me in a better head space. It sort of relaxes me. And while I go through this with you, I I can feel my own headspace start to clear up. I've spent quite a few days in a row sort of either just Work.
Work. Work. We're just going really, really hard on my play. So it's really nice to A moment where I can just be quiet and have my phone on do not disturb, and I can just enjoy some time with You puppy. Because as much as this job is, a job, I I really really like doing it.
So it it helps my mind. It helps me get into a good head Space, it helps me feel like I am in control of myself. And that's something that I hope to share with you. I hope that my techniques, and I hope But any of my hypnosis or my guided meditations or whatever you enjoy can help you feel more in control full of yourself because it it's just such an important skill to have. I find that this knowledge of relaxation and of grounding myself in the moment Helps me cope with what I struggle with most.
For me, it's social settings. Maybe for you, it's Communication or getting work done or letting yourself relax. And isn't that what this was all about out in the 1st place. Sorry to get so philosophical on you. I just think it's important for me to explain why I want you to learn this skill with me and I want you to relax.
Hopefully, by this point, you've all just fallen asleep, so I don't have to worry about sounding stupid or whatever. It's been a while Since I've sat down to record, and since the last time I've purchased a new microphone, that I still haven't gotten the chance to record with. I haven't written a script In probably a month, but it's okay, because I just didn't have anything to write yet. And I have notes for what I want right now. Hopefully, you didn't hear too much of that.
This is the 1st time that I've really done something like this, so I was a little bit worried that it was gonna be weird. But, hopefully, you enjoyed it, puppy.
