We can get so caught up in this quick moving world of ours, that we forget that it's okay to you take time for ourselves. Oftentimes, when I want to relax, one. I will lay down on my back or maybe on my side, and I'll get a blanket what's to go for me.
Maybe it's just wrapped around my feet and my ankles, my alters. Maybe it's all the way around me. It just depends on the moment that I'm in. And in this moment, what I want you to do is ease up on all of that anticipation that you have been societally trained to practice. And instead, what I want from you is to cast that that anticipation aside and to be patient.

Breathe out. Good. I don't want to trick you here now. What I want to do is relax you. It's okay to close your lies, and to recline back while you breathe in and out.
Good. Maybe you with each breath in and out. You can feel that built up tension in your neck, in your face, in your eyes, begin to settle, begin to melt away your eyelids truly beginning to close and relax fully. That little a bit of stress built in your face, in your forehead, in your neck, all begin to subside life in the moment we're in now, here, while you breathe in and out. Very, very good.
You can feel that relaxation Start to travel down deep down the rest of your body slowly when you Breathe in and out. That tension in your neck can begin to fade. It's okay to enjoy this, to relax with me, to allow yourself to stop anticipating what could happen, and start in the moment, presently taking note of what's going on around you when you Breathe in and out. Good. You can let that relaxation travel to your shoulders, into your chest.
You can let that all melt away when you breathe in, and you hold you waxing in the rest of your body as you let yourself enjoy this. It's okay to everything else to the side while you lay here with me. And if something else comes to mind that occupies your thoughts. It's alright. It's okay if something else pops into your head for a moment just as long as you breathe then, and you hold it.
Breathe out. Good job. That relaxation finding its way, and your forearms and your elbows traveling down your wrist into your fingers. You can stretch it all out. And when you let everything's settled, and you breathe for me in and out, Lot those thoughts come right back to me just so easily when you breathe in and out.
What relaxation finds its way into your midsection, your chest lust in your abdomen, that rising in your diaphragm when you breathe in and out, letting you feel so incredibly good while you listen to me. That tension and pressure relieves you, and it feels so good to allow yourself to appreciate this moment and to let that relaxation find its way to your hips, to your tender thighs. You can find that tension lunch and leave when you breathe in and out. Good. That.
Your knees so sore from the day. Your ankles and your feet. You can stretch that one last time. And with that stretch and that breath in breath out. You can find yourself relaxing even deeper for me.
Feeling so good, almost like you're teetering between being conscious in sleep, feeling so good when you breathe in it out almost automatically while your mind drifts a little bit here and there as we have been known to do when we prepare to sleep, letting thoughts pass last through where we are now, finding yourself present in the moment while you relax your whole body from your ankles to your hips, to your neck. You feel so incredibly good when you listen, when you relax and your mind frees itself and begins to unwind. And you teeter water between these 2 states of being, consciousness, and sleep, leaving all anticipation behind you all prior expectation can find its way out of your thought process, breathing in and out, leaves you so relaxed here. Your body is so heavy. Your mind is so Relax like it doesn't have anything to think of.
And maybe if you let, my hands can find their way to your body. They can glide up to your shoulders, and they can give you a nice little massage, maybe of just rubbing your back, or maybe of stroking your hair, anything thing that might make you feel more comfortable here. All of it is okay. Really, it is. It feels I used to be here with me.
Maybe I can make you feel nice and relaxed by gliding my hands, rubbing on your neck and your back lovingly while you breathe in and out. What such a good job. It feels so nice to be here, relaxing, breathing in and out. We often what waxed and being satisfied with yourself and finding yourself wise and relaxed, refreshed, happy, and content with where you are in the moment. And it all comes down to being present and being aware of where you are.
Deep, deep down here where now is where you are. And if you can remember to breathe in and out. You can tether that thought to being present. Breathing reminds you to take a note of what's happening around you, whether that's being nice and relaxed, feeling yourself deep and relaxed. Or maybe in your day day life.
You can use this technique of breathing in and out to keep you present in what's happening around you right now. You're using that breathing in and out to remind you to stay relaxed, and to remind you to listen and follow you're in instruction. Maybe this relaxation helps you lies, that consciousness, and you can drift, and you can drop, and you can sink. You can drift, and you can up, and you can sink into sleep. And all completely natural.
You can love this word if you haven't picked up on it yet. The word sleep can remind you of this place you're at right now so deep into relaxation. Life. The word sleep reminds you of where you are here now. So deeply relaxed and so satisfied with where you are, your conscious mind fading and melting as as you enter a state of subconscious absorption to my suggestion.
And maybe this word sleep can remind you of where you are now. It can remind you that it feels so good to lay here and listen and to be deep while your body feels so heavy and relaxed. And this life can remind you of how it feels right now. It feels so good to relax here, to have your body so heavy to have your eyelids closed, your thoughts drifting and finding their way back to me while you breathe when a doubt feels just so nice to be here. Why to everything I have to tell you, and it can, in turn, learn something new.
