I suppose the easiest these way to start is to tell you that you have done a great job and that I'm proud of you. And I am. I'm not just saying that. My I am proud of you. I speak on and off with a few of my subs, with a few of my listeners.
And from what I hear, everybody has been working hard. And everybody, especially you, deserves some special attention. And I wanna let me know that it's okay and that you have done a great job. And many of you just wanna listen to my voice and relax for a little bit. My voice can serve as them pull as an aftercare for you.

My you can let me tell you how proud I am of you and how I think you deserve of this relaxation so very much. Aftercare is very important. It's important to me, and I want it to be important to you. You can never the wrong making a habit out of something positive. So why not start now?
It's okay. You serve the comfort no matter how intense things may have gotten for you. Just know that I am proud of you, and that I'm happy to be here to relax you. I didn't have to make this file for you, but I wanted to because I feel like you deserve it. I feel like keep done such a great job listening.
And I wanna let you know that you are very, very good, it. And you deserve a moment to just lay here and relax with me. Maybe my voice this can soothe you. Maybe you can start to drift off while you listen to me, and that's okay. It's perfectly alright.
I certainly don't mind having you drift off to sleep while I speak to you. But if you wanna stick around and listen all the way through, them. That's perfectly fine too. There's not going to be any sort of awakener or anything. My This is just a file where you get to hear my voice, where I get to comfort you.
And it's not gonna be too very long. There's not gonna be much editing in it, but it is going to serve as some aftercare for you and for me too. I oftentimes listen to my own files to assess how it would feel from a sub's perspective me because I think it's important to know. It's important for me to put myself in your place to see how you might feel, them. And, hopefully, that pays off.
I want you to know that you are okay and them that everything is gonna be alright. I know things get hard sometimes, and we me caught up in our own little worlds. We get stuck in our heads, but you are doing just fine. And you did touch on your job with me, and you will continue to do such a good job. Day by day, you get better in each and every way.
I read A Practical Guide to Self Hypnosis. And when they're teaching you to self hypnotize, they instruct you or suggest to you rather that you should repeat the mantra my day by day. I get better in each and every way. They want you to recite it before you go to bed and first thing when you wake up in the morning as a sort of positive suggestion to set the tone for your day. And it's a habit that I don't follow rigorously, but it's one that I do like to follow if I'm feeling stressed out.
And I think it can serve as good aftercare as a good way to get into a positive headspace. My and now I suggest to you to do the same. Day by day, you get better in me in every way. You are a good puppy, and I mean that as wholesome them, as gentle as I can be. I think you are a very good dog, and I care for you.
And I wanna see you do well. So thank you for listening to me. I'm sorry. You can relax. I'm not leaving you me yet.
